Welcome to Games4SomeGolf.com (“the Service”), published and operated by Regana LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

Games4SomeGolf.com provides digital scorekeeping tools for golf side games such as Umbee, Wolf, Vegas Par, Sixes, Pick 6, and Ryder Cup. The Service keeps score and does the math — it does not facilitate, process, or hold wagers of any kind.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms.
  • If a free trial is offered, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage Subscription; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Game Data

Scorecards, player names, and game progress are stored locally in your browser on your device — not on our servers. If you clear your browser data, switch devices or browsers, or use the in-app delete options, that data is gone and cannot be recovered by us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful gambling;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account or subscription with others;
  • Copy or scrape the Service or its content for a competing product.

6. Friendly Wagering Disclaimer

Many golf side games are traditionally played for money among friends. The Service is a scorekeeping calculator only. We are not a party to any wager, do not handle money between players, and are not responsible for settling disputes between players. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by Regana LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Game formats themselves (like Wolf or Sixes) are traditional games we do not claim to own.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We work to keep the Service available and improving, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regana LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, or lost wagers — arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Regana LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
